Trans. of 6 pers: Roger Thomas, Maudlyn Valsey. Mordccay Evans, Nich. Brookes. Jno. Terry, Tho. Holwood.Original records show that a patent was issed to Presley on 29 Jul 1650. it was assigned to James Willis on 11 Feb 1650/1651. After his death Thomas Philpott and wife Rachell(Willis) assigned it to John Howell.

      - Upon the Petition of MARY HOWELL, one of the Daughters of JOHN HOWELL, late of this County deced, setting forth that JOHN ALLOWAY and WILLIAM SMITH do detaine from her her part of her said deced Fathers Estate, the Court have ordered that they do deliver unto her equall share of ye part of ye said Estate of her said deced Father as remaines in theire Custody
