      Appoint my husband as guardian of my dau Chloe Howard till she arrives to the age of 16, provided within 3 months after my decease he shall enter into bond In the sum of 500 pounds conditioned that he will whenever he is desired by the said Walter Hanson board place the said Chloe Howard under the care of my dear mother Elizabeth Hanson and there have her educated and maintained. if my husband should refuse or delay to enter Into a bond as above directed., I hereby appoint my brother Walter Hanson to be guardian to my dau.

      The account of James key, administrator of Charity Lee, late of CC, decd, viz - Debts: the inventory of sd deed's estate, exhibited into the late Prerogative office on Oct 23, 1775, amounting to 50 Disbursements went to Deputy Commissary's fees paid Walter Hanson, Com Generals fees paid Walter Dulany Esq, lawyers fees paid Mr. Thos Stone for advice relating to the property in Negro James which constitutes the whole inventory paid as per Mr Stone's receipt, fees paid Walter Hanson as Register. Balance accountable: 46 7 pence 2 shillings.
      Final Account: 50 .
      Securities: William Smallwood and John Craig of CC,
      Representatives: Sarah, the wife of the accountant, daughter to the decd, and Cloe and Mildred Douglas, granddaughters.
