      On 20 Jul 1691 Francis Collier and Sarah, his wife, of Calvert County made indenture to Sam'l Griffeth, planter of Calvert County for the sum of 64L for a 165 acre tract of land in Calvert County on the west side of the Patuxent River part of Cold Spring Manner; bounded by land of Richard Edwards; 1 Aug 1699 Samuel Griffeth and his wife, Elizabeth, sold this land for the sum of 12,000 pounds of picked and culled tobacco to William Lee; recorded in Prince George's County; William Lee and Ann, his wife, sold this 165 acres for 166 to John Gerrard
