      Feb 13, 1745/6 from William Sisson of CC, Gent, to Joseph Hanson Harrison of CC, for 20 shillings sterling & for divers other good causes, a tract of land in CC called Mirrick's Chance, lying on the north side of Potomack River, being the same tract of land where sd Sisson of late dwelt, containing and laid out for 115 acres. Signed - William Sisson. Wit - Richard Harrison, Walter Hanson. The deed was acknowledged by William Sisson and Frances, his wife.
