      In the Name of God Amen. I Thomas Greenstreet, Serif, of the County of King George and Parish of Hanover being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God therefore, calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament. [ # ]
      Imprimis: I give to my well beloved wife Mary Greenstreet two of my best beds and furniture and also I give unto my above said wife Mary, one grey mare named Pegg, bridle and saddle.
      Item: I also give unto my well beloved wife Mary Greenstreet an equal part of the remainder of my estate besides the above said legacy. I do also utterly disalow revoke and disanull all and every other former Wills & Testaments whatsoever.
      Item: My desire and will is that the remainder of my estate besides the legacy already given to my beloved wife Mary be equally divided between her and my children.
      Item: I desire that my two youngest daughters Elizabeth and Sary remain with their mother until the age of eighteen or the day of marriage.
      Item: Lastly I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary Greenstreet my whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament.

      At a Court held for King George County the 2d Day of April 1742.
      The Last Will & Testament of Thomas Greenstreet, Deceased, was presented into Court by Mary Greenstreet his Executrix who made oath thereto and the same was proved by the oaths of the witnesses thereto and admitted to record.
