      I, John Stewart Chilton of CC being sick and weak of body but of sound mind and memory
      To son John Chilton, negro Cambridge, horse saddle and bridle, all my wearing apparel, my gun, a feather bed and furniture.
      To son Thomas Chilton, should he ever return, 50 pounds current money of Maryland.
      To other children; Amy, Rachel, Rebecca, Patty and Charles, the residue of estate equally
      I leave my youngest son to the care of my worthy friend, Mr. Henry Young of Essex County, Virginia
      I leave my four girls to the care of their aunt Milly Richards
      It is my will and desire that my children and the whole of my estate should go to Virgin.
