      Nicholas Kein of Prince William County being sick in body.
      Unto my loving wife Sarah Kein one half of my estte for ever.
      Unto my daughter Anne Kein the other half of my estate to be paid her at the age of sixteen years and in case my daughter Anne Kein dies before she comes to age of sixteen years them I give and bequeath all my estate to my loving wife Sarah Kein forever.
      I hereby make and appoint my loving wife Sarah Kein full and sole executrix of this my last will and testament. Nicholas (X) Kein
