To my three sons, Benedict Leonard Wathin which I had by my second wife Mary, John Wathin and Ignatius Wathin which I had by my third wife Susanna - all that parcel of land whereon I now live called "Wathen's Adventure".
if John and Ignatius Wathin should both die without heirs then their parts to go to son Waring Wathen. If son Leonard shall die without. heirs then his part to go to son Henry,
To sons William, Henry Wathin, Waring Wathin and to daus. Lidia Wathin, Henrietta Wathin, Mary Wathin and Elizabeth Wathin, 1 sh., as they have been already provided for.
To dau Anne Wathin 5 pounds currency. Residue of estate of wife Susannah Wathin and after her decease to be divided between my three daus, Susanna, Elinor and Sarah Wathin.
