Capt. Hezekiah Garner, Will, July 20, 1816; November 2, 1816
I, Hezekiah Garner of CC, being very sick and weak of body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding;
To son Joseph Garner, 50 dollars.
To Thomas M. Garner, the use of negro Chandler for 5 years, and then sold with the money arising equally divided among all my children. Also my old grey mare and all the furniture that I let him have at the time of his marriage.
To son Charles Garner, my grey horse colt, 5 barrels of corn, 20 bushels of oats and 3000 pounds of blade fodder and 50 dollars.
To son William H. M Garner, the use of negro Harry for the term of 1 year, and then sold with the money arising equally divided among all my children, also 50 dollars.
To daughter Elizabeth H. Gambra wife of Domindigo Gambra, all the property I delivered to her at the time of her marriage.
To son Hezekiah Garner, 1 grey mare colt.
