To eld. son Hugh Conn, 100 A. tract "Joseph Park," where he is seated, on the north side of Rock Creek.
Balance to 7 remaining children.
To 2nd son James Conn, 100 A. of aforementioned tract bet. his bro. Hugh Conn's land, and the land where I have a quarter,
To 3rd son John Conn, pt. of tract "Hudson's Range," lying on both sides of the Beaver Dam, southeast and northwest, and reaching from a branch called Fits Branch, to Dr. Haswell's dwelling plantation, containing bet. 200 or 300 A.
To 4th son George Conn, 200 A., dwelling plantation lying northwest of Fits Branch, and to be made up of that tract called "Hudson's Range", and the upper end of a tract I lately bought of William Thornton, called "William and Ann."
To 5th son Samuel Conn, 100 A. of tract called 'Joseph Park," where I have a quarter.
To son Joseph Conn, dwelling plantation; If It so happens that I am dec'd. before son Joseph Conn comes to age, then it Is my will that son James Conn, to whom I gave his dividend of land at Rock Creek, shall come and inherit my now dwelling plantation, at the eastern branch, and the inheritance I gave him at Rock Creek, shall be given to his bro. Joseph Conn. This change I make upon the account of my younger children, confiding in son James Conn, for his faithfulness to his younger bros. and sisters.
If either of the 3 sons mentioned: Hugh,, James or Samuel Conn, shd, die before they Inherit the tract "Joseph's Park", then their particular dividend of same to the survivors.
If either of the 3 sons: John, George or Joseph Conn, to whom tracts, "Hudson's Range", "White Taskington," and "Wm. and Ann" is left to, shd. die before they come to Inherit, then their dividend of land shall be applied to the survivors.
