      To wife Mary, dwelling plantation during life.
      To son John, as his own purchase and property,
      At decease of his mother, then I give sd. dwelling plantation to son John Perry, with all the land thereto belonging, paying to everyone of his bros. and sisters, 5 s. money.
      To son James Perry, land that his improvements is on, beginning at a little hickory, opposite the ancient bounder running 78 perches and etc. (boundary here given)

      8 Sep, 1762: Publish my Codicil, whereas I left only a legacy to be paid to each of them of 5 s., to be paid, I now will each 5 lbs., that is, 5 lbs. to Alexander Berry, James Berry, Anne Makelay and Mary Buhan. All these legacies, I will to son John Perry to pay to every of the above-named, 5 lbs. money within 6 weeks after my decease, and decease of his mother, my wife.

      W:343-344. Charles Coats records land commission and deposition 29 Nov. 1775. The Right honorable Henry Harford, Esq., issued commission to Mssrs Jonathan Willson, Elisha Williams, Eneas Campbell and Stephen Newton Chiswell, to perpetuate memory of the bounds of tract called Daniel's Discovery. Alexander Pearre, aged 52 years deposed that 19 years before he lay out bounds for Charles Coats. Elisha Williams, aged 40 years deposed, regarding a bound tree.

I, Alexander Pearre of M, planter, for the natural love I have for my son, Joshua Pearre of M, planter, I give sd Joshua a tract of land called Gerioch, lying in M, and beginning at a bounded white oak standing on the south side of a small Spring Branch that runs into Little Monocosy [River], containing and now laid out for about 100 acres.
