To son John and hrs all land, "Sangwhaire" in the shire of Ayr., in north Britton, descended to testator by will of his father, Mr. John Hutchison. sd. son to have no interest in lands in Maryland unless child. hereafter named should die.

Should 3 daus. afsd.., or anyone of them, die without issue, son William to inherit portion of deceased, and sd. son dying without issue, his share to pass in turn to sd. daus. and hrs.

To brother George Hutchison, gift of personalty which is to be sent home to him.
To wife Sarah,, all lands not disposed of., and those obtained by marriage with her; also, residue of personal estate, jointly, with daus. and son William afsd, Child. to remain with wife during their minority; if she die., to be placed with Protestants.
