ROGER WATERS for diverse consideracons him thereunto moveing to ( ) valuable consideracons received before signeing doth hereby assigns over from said ROGER WATERS his heires or assignes unto sd, RICHARD ILEFFE his heires & assignes ( ) Three hundred acres of land seated ( ) sd.
