THIS INDENTURE made the 22 of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord 1659 Betwixt ROGER WATERS of the ( ) Northumberland, Planter, of the one pty; and RICHARD ILEFFE [Ayliffe] of the same County aforesaid; Witnesseth that the sd. ROGER WATERS for diverse consideracons him thereunto moveing to ( ) valuable consideracons received before signeing doth hereby assigns over from said ROGER WATERS his heires or assignes unto sd, RICHARD ILEFFE his heires & assignes ( ) Three hundred acres of land seated ( ) sd. County of Northumberland ( ) GREAT WICOCOMOCO & bounding ) GEORGE NICHOLLS & the land of Mr. ( ), the Woods as may appears more at ( ) upon Records.
