      3 February, 1684; 6 May, 1685.
      BARROW, JOHN, of ye parish of Sittingburne in ye County of Rappa.
      To son Jonathan all that tract of land called the Cabbin Point adjoining the land of Peter Foxon and if my said son dies without lawful issue then I give the land to my son Alexr. Barrow.
      To son Moses a tract of land adjoining Roger Richardson and Peter Foxon which the said Foxon holds for the term of life and after to revert to my son Moses and if Moses dies without heirs then to my son Alexander.
      To son Alexander all the rest of my land reserving only to my loving wife the plantation whereon I now live with houses and orchards thereon during her natural life And further it is my will that my son Alexander shall be at his own disposal! in the management of his estate at sixteen years of age and to be then possessed of his estate and if he dies without heirs then the land to go to my son Moses and if both Alexander and Moses die without heirs then to go to my son Jonathan. If all my three sons die without heirs then all my lands to be divided between my two daughters Honor and Cicily Barrow. To my two daughters one young mare and one cow a piece with two pewter dishes one larger and one lesser. The rest of my personal estate to be equally divided between my loving wife Mary and son Alexander suddenly after my decease by my overseers hereafter named. My will and desire is that my debts be paid out of my debts due to me or other my personal estate. Wife Mary Executrix and son Alexander Executor. Overseers to be my loving friends Mr William Underwood Sen. and Mr John Burkett and to each of them a gold ring of twenty shillings price.

      THIS INDENTURE made the seventh day of Decembr: in the 4th: yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord & Lady, King William & Queen Mary An Dom 1692 Between MOSES BARROW of the Parish of SITTENBURN & County of Richmond, Pltnr:, of the one aprt and NICHO: SMYTH of the aforesd. Parish & County, Plantr:, of the other part Witnesseth that the sd MOSES BARROW for diverse good causes hereunto moving but more especially for the sum of Foure thousand pounds of Tobb: to him by the sd NICHO: SMYTH in hand payed, hath demised leased & to farms letten unto the sd NICHO: SMYTH, that is to say, Two hundred acres of land being in the aforesd. Parish & County abutting & bounding as followeth; Beginning at a corner Pock Hickory tree on the land of PETER FOXON and from thence running severall courses into the land of ROGER RICHARDSON, thence running severall courses into the land of Mr. JAMES SCOTT and upon the sd line to proceed until by the running a course away to the aforesd, Corner Pock Hickory tree to fully compleat the aforesd Two hundred acres of land To have and to hold the aforesd. demised premises & every part thereof with all rights belonging unto the aforesd. NICHO: SMYTH or unto his assigns for & during his naturall life, the remainder thereof to AGATHA, his Wife, & to her assigns for & during her naturall life; the remainder thereof after their said several! deaths of NICHO: & AGATHA unto ANN, the Daughter of the said AGATHA & DAVID STERNE deced, for & during her naturall life yeilding & paying therefore yearly during the terms or Estate & every or any of them unto the sd MOSES BARROW his heirs or assigns one Eare of Indian Corne and the sd MOSES doth likewise promise & agree with the sd NICHOLAS, AGATHA & ANN their & every of them their heirs & assigns that if the sd MOSES now stands or hereafter he or his heirs shall stand seized of the aforesd. Two hundred acres of land in fee simple to the only proper use & behoofe of him the sd MOSES his heirs or assignes, that then it is the true meaning of this Deed and the sd MOSES doth sell for the consideracon above expressed the aforesd. Two hundred acres of land being as abovesd, unto the sd NICHO: SMYTH his heirs & assigns and for the only proper use of him the sd NICHOLAS his heirs & assigns forever; And the sd MOSES BARROW doth by these pr:sents for himself his heirs agree with the said NICHOLAS SMYTH, AGATHA his Wife and ANN STERNE to warrant & defend the aforesd. above particular Estates and lastly that he the sd MOSES BARROW for the true performance of all & every conditions herein these pr:sents conteyned doth bind himselfe his heirs in the penall sum of Twelve thousand pounds of Tobb: & caske unto the sd NICHO: SMYTH his heirs In Witness whereof the sd MOSES BARROW hath sett his hand & seale this day & yeare first written

      KNOW ALL MEN by these pr:sents that I MOSES BARROW of the County of Richmond do for one Eare of Corne to be payed annyally on every yeare to the sd BARROW or his heirs &c ., if demanded. do by these pr:sents bargaine & sell lett & make over unto RICHD. JORDAN of the County of ESSEX his heirs or assigns the full & just quantity of One hundred acres of land; lying & being in the County of Rich mond on the North side of Rappa: River and part of that Devident of Land formerly beJonging to JOHN BARROW , being any part of the sd Land except the Pla.ntacon where the sd JOHN BARROW formerly lived for the full of Ninety & nine yea.res to be ended & expired and also that the sci RICHARD JORDAN his heirs &c . may have priviledge to make use of any Timber on the sd Devident of land during the said Terme of Ninety & nine

      Indenture 6th December 1722 between HONOUR RICHARDSON of Parish of
      Sittenbourne County of King George Spinster of one part and ELIZABETH RICHARDSON and MARY RICHARDSON her two Daughters of same .. witnesseth that for natural love hath her said two daughters .. and with intent to advance their fortunes in Marriage .. conveyed to be equally divided between them (with this Express reservation that this Deed is not to take place in any part until the decease of the aforesaid HONOUR) all that tract .. 600 acres in King George being the land of JOHN BARROW Deced and by him given as by his Last Will and Testament 3rd February 1684 unto his three sons MOSES, ALEXANDER and JONATHAN BARROW and for want of heirs of their bodys to his two Daughters HONOUR and CICELLEY BARROW by means of which default the same descended to the said HONOUR and CICELLEY and since the death of CICELLY is become the inheritance of ..
