Wife Jane Steel-all my estate during her natural life except
my land in "Cone," but to have no further use of said land than to use the house and orchards and fire wood, and at her death my moveable estate to be equally divided between my three sisters, Elizabeth Hammond, Cathrine Branham, and Jean Hartley, or their heirs.
To my sister Eliz. Hammond's son Samuel Hammond-my land in the forrest.
To my sister Jane Hartley's son Samuel Hartley-my land in "Cone" to him and his lawfully begotten heirs of his body, and if he should die without any lawfull heirs by his body, the land to go to his eldest brother John Hartley and to his lawfully begotten heirs of his body, and if he should die without lawfull heirs of his body, land to go to Samuel Hammond.
