Sd Janet Kinsman, for the natural love she has for sd David and Lawson, and in pursuance of the intent of the will of sd John Kinsman, and for 5 shillings to her in hand paid by sd David, she has given to sd David and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, remainder to sd Lawson and his heirs forever, that lot in Charles Town (commonly called Port Tobacco in CC) whereon she now dwells, #45, and which was purchased by sd John Kinsman from Thomas Speake and John Speake, his son.
