      Indenture made May 24, 1788; Benjamin Spyker, Jr., of the borough of Reading in the county of Berk and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, yeoman in consideration of 15 pounds in specie paid by Frederick Kochenderffer of Georgetown, Montgomery County, Maryland, blacksmith has sold two contiguous lots in the Town of Hamburgh on Potomack River in PGCo, marked Lot Number 85 and Lot Number 86 containing in front on Arch Street 160 feet and running back 230 feet to High Street, and subject to a yearly quit rent now due or hereafter coming due.
