      -whereas testator promised Henry 900 pounds sterling which has not been paid to him yet. testator desires the balance be paid to him before the division of the estate
      2. Henrietta Maria Walker --daughter
      -to have mulatto boy "Charles" whom testator lent her some years past
      3. Eleanor Waring --daughter
      -to have mulatto boy "Torn" who at this time waits in the house and also to have mulatto girl "Rachel" sister to "Tom"

      Indenture made January 22, 1791; Bernard ONeill of Montgomery County, Maryland in consideration of 399 pounds 11 shillings and 10 pence paid by James MacCubbin Lingan of Montgomery County, Maryland has sold two tracts conveyed to the said ONeill by William Pollard and others, assignees of John Biddle and Clement Biddle on July 5, 1788; part of "Flints Discovery" and part of "Addition to Flints Discovery" containing 21 ½ acres and beginning at "Widows Mite" being the beginning of 206 acres of "Widows Mite" which was conveyed by Thomas Fletchall to James Holmeard on May 4, 1722.
