      5 Oct. 1653 Mr. William Ayres Demandeth Nine Hundred and Fifty acres
      remaining due to him of Fifteen hundred and Fifty acres due to
      him by Assignment from Capt. Brent and Mr. Edward Lloyd before
      upon Record fol: and hereby assigneth to Mr. Richard Wells Six hun-
      dred acres of the said Nine hundred and Fifty to him his Heires and
      assigns there remaining due to him still upon these Files three hun-
      dred and Fifty acres witness his hand this 5th of Oct: 1653.

      5 Oct. [1653] Mr. William Ayres Demandeth three hundred and Fifty acres
      as above and Thirteen hundred acres more for Transporting into
      this province himself, Sarah his Deceased Wife, Ann Ayres his
      Daughter and Daniell Brown, Enoch Hutchins, John Partridge,
      Nicholas Waterman, Owen Martin, William Sivett, Tho Ford, Thomas
      Pool and John Walter his Servants before June 1652 and Martha
      his now Wife and Margaret Sammes his Servant since June 1652
      being in the whole Sixteen hundred and Fifty Acres.

      5th Oct. 1653 Mr. William Ayres assigneth five hundred acres of Land out
      of the Sixteen hundred and Fifty acres above mentioned unto Mr. Tho:
      March of Severn Merchant his Heirs and assigns Witness his hand
