KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I MARY DAY, Widow and Relict of JOHN DAY, late of Rappa: County deced, for the natural! love and affection wch I bear to JOHN DAY, Sonne of the said MARY and my said deced Husband, and for his better setting forth in the world when he shall attaine his full age of one and Twenty yeares have given and with the consent of JOHN BILLINGTON (with whom I am this day to intermarry) testified by his Subscribing his name as Witness hereunto give unto the said JOHN DAY one new feather bed bowlster pillow and furniture bonafide realy worth One thousand pounds of Tob: and cask, fower cowes between the ages of five and seaven years and foyer breeding Sows To have and to hold the same unto the said JOHN DAY my Sonn his heires forever and I the said MARY DAY doe hereby obleidg myselfe my assignes to warrant and deliver the said bed Cowes and Soaves and every of them unto my said Sonne at his age aforesaid for his better setting forth and Credit in the World In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this seaven and Twentieth day of Aprill 1683
