      December the 2nd anno 1650
      The last will and testament of Edward Walker being in good memory the Lord make me thankfull I give and bequeath as followeth,
      First - I do bequeath my body unto the earth and next my soul unto the Almighty the maker of it.
      Imprimus - I give and bequeath unto my beloved son John Walker all the estate that I have in the world which shall be taken by an inventory which shall be taken by my beloved friends Henry Hayler and George Tompson, and they to deliver it with the estate unto my aforesaid son, this being my last will. I say Amen, Amen. Witness my hand and seal the day and year above written.

      20th September 1656, this will was proved in open court by the oaths of Anne Compton and Henry Hayler and is recorded.

      Preceding Edward Walker's will on same page: I Sir William Berkeley grant unto Edward Walker 900 a. of Land in Northumberland abuting Easterly upon Potomack R., Northerly upon land of Thomas Hayles, Southerly upon main Woods towards the Mouth of Yeocomoco R. & Westerly upon br. of Crk that Issueth out of Yecomoco R., being due sd Walker by & for Transportation of Eighteen Persons into this Colony all whose names are in

      To all etc Whereas etc. Now know you that I the said
      Richard Bennett Esq. etc. give and grant unto William
      Bedlam seventy acres of land situated in the County of
      Northumberland commonly called by the name of
      Yeocomoco Point bounded on the South and Southwest a
      creek which divideth this land and the land of Thomas
      Hayles, West and Northwest upon the land of Edward
      Walker North and Northeast upon or against Potomacke
      River East and Southeast upon Yeocomoco River the said
      land being due unto the said Wm. Bedlam by and for the
      transportation of two persons into this colony both whose
      names are in records mentioned under this pattent dated the
      29th of November 1652.

      Yeocomoco River and Westerly upon a branch of a creek
      that issueth out of Yeocomoco River, The said being due
      unto the said Edward Walker by and for the transportation
      of eighteen persons into this colony all whose names are in
      records mentioned under this pattent and dated the 20th
      September 1650.
