      Susannah Marshall Will
      I Susannah Marshall of Boone County, Kentucky being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in the following manner, viz;
      I give and bequeath unto my brother Vincent Marshall all that certain tract, lot or parcel of land which was bequeathed to me by Alexander Marshall my father which is a and divided portion of the tract of land where on my brother Vincent and myself reside.
      Likewise for Negro slaves, viz; a man by the name of Daniel about 24 or 25 years of age, an old woman called Christiana and Charlotte a girl about 16 years of age and her child called Rachel and their future increase to him the said Vincent Marshall and his heirs forever likewise all my household and kitchen furniture farming tools and stock of every description, debts, dues and demands of all kinds to the said Vincent Marshall his heirs and assigns forever.
      Hereby revoking all former wills and Testaments by me heretofore made in declaring this to be my true last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 11th day of January 1854, Susannah Marshall (her mark)
      in the presence of us J. G. Hamilton, T. Shindler, William Bedker.
      County Court July turned 1855 this reading purporting to be the last will and testament of Susannah Marshall deceased was exhibited in court improve according to law by the oath of J. G. Hamilton, T. Shindler, subscribing witnesses thereto in order to be recorded
