Boone County Recorder, Sept. 13, 1899 (Neighborhood News - Bellevue):

Uncle Harvey Marshall has chosen D.M. Snyder to administer upon the
      personal effects of J.T. Marshall.
      . . .
The sudden death of our old friend, J.T. Marshall, usually called
"Dump" was caused by lifting a stone into a wagon on Miss Julia
Dinsmore's farm, causing a hemorrhage. His death was a severe shock to the entire community where he leaves a host of friends to mourn his
death. (Boone County, Kentucky 1870 Census CARELTON PCT page 182 - John T. Marshall)

I think the obituary is for the brother of Harvey P. Marshall, son of
      John Marshall and Susan Parker.

Julia Dinsmore's farm is now a living history museum in Boone County.
