    • Monongalia Co.:12 1792, District Court, Monongalia Co.:GEORGE KELLER, William and Hannah Wilson summoned to testify in behalf of Hugh McNeely in the case of Joseph Wilson and wife, plaintiff, against Hugh McNeely and wife in a slander suit pending, 3/15/1792.Joseph Wilson and Ann his wife complained of Hugh McNeely that McNeely used slanderous and lying words (adultery) against said Ann.Four pounds damages for the plaintiff.

      Monongalia Co. Court: 114a 1800:Joseph Wilson, James S. Wilson, Susannah Wilson and Martha Keller [wife of GEORGE KELLER] summoned to testify in behalf of James Marshall, defendant, at the suit of Francis Burrell, 6/19/1800.
