To go from my spring along the cart road to 2 bridges, where 2 small runs of water meet and etc., a 30-foot tobacco house near Charles Bever's, his line of land and all the appurtenances belonging on the back pt. of my dwelling house, except one small dwelling house, called "The Seller House," 170 A. and 70 A. more adjoining tract; "Little Addition To George Greevs Land."
      After decease of wife, to dau. Sarah Keene, consisting of about 130 A. and -the pt. adjoining John Cleagett's.
      To dau . Mary Keene,, slaves; 100 A. "Keene's Purchase," being pt. of tract "Charles Hills," where I formerly lived.
