      Eleanor A.H. Marshall (born Hardesty), wife of Thos. H Marshall, died 20 Oct 1852, aged 50-10-4, having been born 16 Dec 1801. Her mother Mrs. Eleanor D Hardesty, died 17 Sep 1851, aged about 74.

      Her husband, Thomas Hanson Marshall, died 13 Dec 1843, aged 45 years and 4 months (he was actually aged 47-3-13).

Ford in such a manner as that Josias B. Ford, son of George B. Ford shall have double the amount of the others
      -it is understood by the Treaty of Ghent between Great Britain and America that compensation is to be made for Negroes taken off by the British during the late war, the testator's desire is that in case any such
      reparation should be made for 2 Negroes one named "Peter" and the other named "Fidella" and the amount to be disposed of in the following manner
      -as much as will pay for a head and foot stone to the testator's wife's grave -to have Negro man "Cornelius" and Negro man "Emanuel" and out of the money from the reparations of the lost Negroes "Emanuel" to have the annual sum of$10.00 during his natural life as long as he behaves himself

      -to have the 1st born child of Negro woman "Harriet" to be delivered to her by Susannah Fitzhugh Fendall when the child arrives at age 3
