      Came Thomas Marshall, George R.H. Marshall, and Harriet R.H. Marshall by William H. Tuck, Esq and Exhibited their bill of complaint against Eleanor Anne Hardesty Marshall. Thomas Marshall, George R.H. Marshall, and Harriet R.H. Marshall all infants under 21 yrs of age who sue by their nearest friend John H. Hardesty, that their father, the late Thomas H. Marshall departed this life sometime in the year 1843 intestate and seized and possessed of a large and valuable real estate in Charles County, Maryland and partly parcels of land the quantity of which you orators do not know and leaving 3 children and a widow, Eleanor A.H. Marshall and they wish the said Dower assigned to the widow and a division to be made of he land.

      To the memory of Eleanor A.H. Marshall consort of Thomas H. Marshall. Born December 16th 1801 died October 20, 1852.

      Eleanor A.H. Marshall (born Hardesty), wife of Thos. H Marshall, died 20 Oct 1852, aged 50-10-4, having been born 16 Dec 1801. Her mother Mrs. Eleanor D Hardesty, died 17 Sep 1851, aged about 74.
