Nov 10, 1763 from Thomas Contee of CC, Gentleman, to Thomas Handcock of .. for 4000 lbs of crop tobacco, part of a tract of land in CC called Noes Desert, bounded by a tract of land called Bettys Delight & a tract of land called Strife, a tract of land called Calverts Hope, containing and laid out for about 50 acres.
