      Apr 21, 1729 from Zachariah Wade of CC, planter,.to Joseph Harrison of CC, planter, for the yearly rent of 500 lbs of tobacco, the lease of a certain parcel of land in CC, part of a tract of land called Little Lunin {probably little lynn}, bounded by Colo John Fendall, to be computed out of the sd land, including his now dwelling plantation. To have and to hold, the sd parcel of land with liberty of cutting timber for the use of the plantation, not making any waste, and liberty of _ whole tract for building and repairing of houses, to him, sd Harrison, for the full term of 18 years. The yearly rent is 500 lbs of tobacco on Jan 10. Sd Harrison agrees to plant, within 5 [years], 100 growing apple trees on the afd parcel of land or plantation. Signed - Zachary Wade.
