      planter, to Mathew Boswell of same, planter, his brother. Price 1000 lbs
      of tobacco, half a tract of land called, "Mary's Delight" in Charles
      County near the head of Portobacco Branch adjoining a tract called,
      "Boswell Desert" . begin N. side of a branch of Portobacco then NE, SE,
      then SW, then SE, then SW, then SW, then to start, 74 acres including
      buildings, gardens, and orchards. Recorded April 3 1756. Deed Dec 21
      1766 from Matthew Bosell and William Bosell of Pr. Georges Co. Md.
      planters, to John Hanson and Alexander Hanson of same planters, for the
      price of 27 pounds and 20,000 pounds of tobacco, all the two tracts, one
      called, "Boswels Desert" near a small branch that falls into Portobacco
      Main Branch and near land of Alexander Hamilton, 100 acres, in Charles
      County Md. and also one called, "Mary's Delight", near the head of
      Port tobacco Branch adjoining the afsd Boswels Desert, 74 acres in Charles
      County. Signatures William Boswell ( M ) & Matthew Boswell Junr ( S ),
      witnesses Sam. Hanson and Geo. Lee. Acknowledged Dec 21 1766; Eleanor and
      Catherine the wives of sd. Matthew Bosell and William Bosell released
      their dower rights. Recorded Jun 9 1767.
