      Property: A 200 acre tract called "Strife" in Calvert County, on the west side of Patuxent River in the freshes of the river, being part of a warrant for 4,000 acres; bounded by land laid out for FRANCIS SWANTONE, EDWARD ISAACK, and THOMAS BOWDELLS. This land was patented to Col. HENRY DARNALL, Esq., by CHARLES,Lord Baltimore, in 1680; he sold the 200 acres to PETER BURGIS of Calvert County, 8 January 1684; said BURGIS then conveyed it to the said THOMAS SMITH, 19 June 1688.
