      Testator states it was will of late husband John Taney to leave his child. to her care, so she desires her husband Wm. Watts to take care of her two children and their estates. Only her son John Michael Thomas Taney be under the care of his sister Catherine Clark. Katherine Rule to have charge of tuition of dau. Margaret afsd. Shd. husband die before child. come to ages mentioned in their father's will, sd. child. to care of Catherine Clark and Cath. Rule.

      "The Plantives sued ye defendants in an action of debt for 15L and recovered judgement against ye said defendants for the said debt together with pounds of tobacco cost of suit. and now here at this day that is to say ye 26th day of April came Mr. James Stoddart attorney or factor of ye said James Rounds and Company and acknowledgeth that he is sattidfyed with debt and damages afforesaid. Therefore lett ye said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecill of ye debt and damages aforesaid be acquitted."
