      To wife Elizabeth plantation whereon I now live called "Moseley" and that additional part known by name of "Attoway's Purchase" and at her death to son John Bond.
      To wife, Negroes, Sue, Sarah, Harry, Bess, Aaron, Grace, Ben, Nan, Nace, Amy, Lucy and Old Joe Cooper, cattle and other. After her death to be divided among my four sons, Gerrard, Samuel, William and Richard.

      To son John Bond 10000 pounds of crop tobacco.
      To Thomas Bond (son) tract purchased of Luke Gardner, 438 a. being part of tract "St Johns.'
      To son Gerrard Bond tract "Maidens Bower" bought of Thomas Gardner, and parcel purchased of Absalom Tennison, and the following slaves, Dublin, Hopey, Peter, Coursey, Gilley.

      Indenture made May 6, 1751; John Bond of St. Mary's County, Maryland, gentleman in consideration of 50 paid by Luke Gardiner of St. Mary's County, Maryland has sold all that tract of land bought of William Phippard as appears by the deed bearing date March 22, 1742 being part of a tract called "Gleaning" and lying on the north side of Goose Creek on Potomac River containing 100 acres. Signed John Bond in the presence of and acknowledged before Gilbert Ireland, Zachariah Bond (JP's of St. Mary's County, Maryland) and at the same time Elizabeth Bond wife of John Bond relinquished her right of dower
