      Mrs. Langley wrote this in her Bean Family book:
      " Walter Bayne, son of Walter Bayne and wife, Martha Hawkins Bayne, was born circa 1721. He married Winifred, born 1722, widow of Prior Smallwood, son of Thomas Smallwood and grandson of Colonel James Smallwood. prior Smallwood died 1741/42 and his widow married Walter Bayne shortly afterwards as she and Walter administered on Prior's estate. (My note: This Walter Bayne was the brother of Martha Bayne who m. Charles Fenley, Jr. and the brother of Lt.William Bayne who m. Mary, the sister of Charles Fenley, Jr.)

      2. Chloe Bayne m. Thomas Fenley, Jan. 29, 1791 in St. Johns Parish, PG Co and they had a son named Charles G. Fenley
      Thanks to your research, we know CG belonged to Wm & Mary.

      Winifred Bayne's will in PG County is dated Aug. 17, 1782 and she died Dec 14, 1782. She left her entire estate to her two daughters."
