      Aug 13, 1723 from Thomas Jameson of CC, gent, to Richard Wilson of CC, planter, for 40 sterling money of Great Britain and for divers other causes, all of that parcel of land in CC on the east side of Zachia Swamp, being that part of Major Wm Boarmans Manor which he, the sd Boarman, by his will, devised to his daughter Clare, who afterwards married Richard Brooke, and after his death, sd Clare, in her widowhood, sold to the sd Thomas Jameson, by deed dated Jan 30, 1721/2, which parcel of land is now laid out and containing about 200 acres. Signed - Thos Jameson. Wit - Geo: Dent*, Robt Hanson*. Mary, the wife of Thomas Jameson, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land.
