      Apr 14, 1722 from Robt Taylor of CC,'planter°', to Samuel Hanson of CC, Gent, for 13,438 lbs of tobacco, a "tract of land in CC called Herefordshire, bounded by the East side of the road that goes from Major Dent's Quarter on Mattawoman [Cr] to the head of Portobacco [Cr] and in the line of Pangiah Manor, containing and laid out for about 150 acres.
