      THIS INDENTURE made this 10th day of March in year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred & ninety Between JOHN CREALE and AVY CREALE his Mother of County of Culpeper of one part & MIKELL HOUSE of County aforesaid of other part; Witnesseth that JOHN & AVY, his Mother, in consideration of the sum of Twelve pounds to them in hand paid, hath bargained & sold unto the said MICHAEL one certain tract of land containing fifty acres more or less lying in County aforesaid and bounded by the lines of MATTHIAS HOUSE, FELTY BUNGER & WILLIAM WILHOITE, it being the tract of land whereon said JOHN CREALE deced. formerly lived on, Together with all the profits comodities & appurtenances to the same belonging; To have & to hold the tract of land & premises with all its appurtenances unto MICHAEL HOUSE his heirs & the said JOHN & AVEY will forever warrant & defend the same from the property claim or demand of all persons lawfully claiming the same freely & clearly discharged of all manner of encumbrances, the Taxes hereafter to become due only excepted; In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have set their hands & seals the day and date first above written
