      -to have part of a tract of land which testator purchased from Charles Carroll on which he now dwells called "Partnership beginning at a marked white oak the beginning tree of the manor standing by the side of Collington branch and running thence west to a black oak by the aide of the main road in sight of James Mullikin's dwelling house by which tree is fixed a huge stone thence. . down by and with the main road until it intersects the 3rd line of the original tract thence. . . .to the 4th bounded tree of the land standing by Collington Branch thence running up the said branch by and w/ the original line to the 1st bounded tree
      -to have a tract of land called "The Second Addition to Partnership"-
      -executor to pay him the sum of 200 pounds sterling
      5. Henry Lowe Hall --grandson
      -to have 3 Negroes heretofore given him by verbal agreement: "Tom" mulatto wench "Charity" and mulatto wench "Sall"
      6. Benjamin Hall --son
      -all of testator's Negroes to be divided w/ testator's son Richard Bennett Hall as by a deed of gift dated to each of them 11/25/1772
      -testator's tobacco, corn, and wheat to be divided w/ Richard Bennett Hall
      -to have all the money which testator has on account due from him by bond, note, etc.
      -to have all the land which testator is possessed of-except for that given testator's son Richard Bennett Hall
      -instructed to leave the land devised to him to Benjamin's son Henry Lowe Hall -named executor of the will
