      John Robertson Sr., Will, April 16, 1810; June 22, 1810
      I, John Robertson of CC, being sick and weak of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To son George Robertson, 2000 dollars to be paid him in negroes.
      To daughter Ann Fergusson, one eighth part of my estate both real, personal and mixed.
      To {grandchildren} Anne Robertson and Mary Robertson (children of son James Robertson) one seventh part of my estate both real, personal and mixed as tenants in common and unde the control of the executors during their minority. If they should both die before legal age, then estate to my four children, Ann Fergusson, Gerard Robertson, John Roberton, and George Robertson.
      To three sons, John Roberton, Gerard Robertson, and George Robertson, all the residue of my estate real personal and mixed. The portion of estate devised to son John Robertson shall be and remain under the power control and management of my executors for the benefit of my son and his family.
      Item: my son George Robertson maybe supported out of my estate until he arrives to 21 yrs and my wearing apparel disposed of as my executors think fit.
