      Henry Wilcoxen s/o Thomas Wilcoxen and wife Elizabeth Hardy (they are named in the lease also) and Elizabeth Hardy the dau of Wm Hardy, who is the bro of both the above Geo Jr and Elizabeth. This Wm was married to Elizabeth Lanham. He died bef this lease, so bef. 27 Jun 1753 and his wife had died aft. 5 Oct 1761

      At the Request of George Hardy the following Lease was Recorded July 13th Anno Domini 1753
      This Indenture made the Twenty Seventy day of June One Thousand Seven hundred & fifty Three Between Benedict Calvert of the City of Annapolis in ye Province of Maryland Esqr of ye one part & George Hardy of Prince Geroge's County in ye Province aforesaid Planter of ye other part Witnesseth that ye said Benedict Calvert Esqr For & in Consideration of ye Sum of Five Shillings Sterling in hand paid or Secured to be paid by ye said George Hardy before ye Ensealing and delivery of these presents as also for & in Consideration of ye Rents Covenants hereafter in these presents mentioned on ye part & behalf of ye said George Hardy his Executors Administrator & Assigns to be paid done & free form'd Hath Demised Granted Sett & to farm Lett & by these Presents doth Demise Grant Set & to Farm Lett unto the said George Hardy all that Tract or parcel of Land lying & being in Prince Georges County aforesaid being part of a Tract of Land Called his Lordships Kindness Beginning at a Bounded Hickory standing on the North Side of ye Road that leads to Broad Creek being ye beginning Tree of ye Land whereon ye said Hardy now Lives & Running thence West by South One hundred perches then North by West One Hundred & Sixty perches then East by North one hundred Perches then with a strait line to the beginning Containing & laid out for one hundred Acres be ye same more or Less with ye appurtenances Profits & Commodity's to ye said Land now belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold ye said Land & all other ye Demised Premises & every part & parcell thereof unto the said George Hardy his Executors Administrators & Assigns from ye day of ye date hereof for & during ye Natural Life of Lucy Hardy Wife of George Hardy Junr & for & during ye Natural Life of Henry Wilcoson Son of Thomas Wilcoson by Elizabeth his Wife & for & during ye Natural Life of Elizabeth Hardy Daughter of William Hardy deceased Yielding and paying therefore Yearly & every Year during ye Lives aforesaid unto yie said Benedict Calvert Esqr his Heirs and Assigns ye Rent of one pound Ten Shillings Sterling money & Two Capons at ye Feast of ye Nativity of our Blessed Lord & Saviour at Some place within Ten Miles of ye said Land where ye said Benedict Calvert Esqr or his Assigns Shall direct & yielding & paying there fore unto ye said Benedict Calvert Esqr or his Assigns ye Sum of Six pounds Sterling for & upon every Letting or Setting ye Premises or any Part thereof without Leave & License first had and obtaind under ye hand & Seal of ye said Benedict Calvert Esqr
