Next we have the will of William Dant, who I presume was a son of Thomas Dant and Mary Shercliffe:

Will of William Dant, planter, SMC, 1/31/1714-5/16/1715.
To: Cousins, John Dant and William Mills and their heirs, "Poplar Neck" with land adjoining, 76 ac. "Anstruther", equally. If the sd. John Dant dies without issue, then to John Mills and his heirs. To: Brother, Peter Mills, Exec., and to cousin Eleanor Nevitt, personalty. Wit.: William Coade, Elizabeth Hooke, Stephen Vinall, Hannah Vinall.

NOTES: John Dant would have a son of a brother of his. It wouldn't be John Dant born 1700 as that is his brother. William Mills was the son of his half brother, Peter Mills, Jr. and Frances Slye. John Mills is either the son of Peter Mills, Jr. and Frances Slye or of Nicholas Mills and Elizabeth Heard--not sure which one at this point. Cousin, Eleanor Nevitt was Eleanor Spink, dau. of his half sister, Elizabeth Mills and William Spink. Eleanor Spink married Francis Nevitt before 1712.
