      Jun 14, 1727 from Anne Story of CC, widow & executrix of Walter Story, one of the executors of Anne Lynes, sole executrix of Philip Lynes, late of CC, decd, and John Marten, executor of Michael Marten, who was joint executor with the afd Walter Story, of the will of the afd Anne Lynes, to John King of CC, shipwright. John Falkner, late of CC, and Alice, his wife, by their deed dated Dec 17, 1689, leased to the afd Philip Lynes for 99 years, 200 acres in CC called Charomans Purchase, formerly in the possession of Alexander White, late of CC, decd, adjoining the land of Thos Taylor called Saint Johns and that of the afd John King called Thompkinsons Grant. Now this deed further witnesses that sd Anne Story and John Marten, Exrs as afd, for 25 , sell to sd John King the right of sd Anne Story and John Marten to the afd 200 acres, during the rest of the 99 year lease.
