      Property: All the 1100 acre tract called "Croome" on the west side of Patuxent River and on the south side of Charles Branch; bounding on land formerly laid out for CHARLES BROOKE, and on St. Charles Branch; said land lately in the tenure and occupation of one CHARLES BUTTLER, deceased.
