May 26, 1739 from Mary Abbington of PG, widow, to Bowls Abbington of PG, for the natural love she has for sd Bowles Abbington and for the better maintenance, livelihood, and preferment of him, the sd Bowles Abbington, she has granted sd Bowles, all her, sd Mary's right to that parcel of land called the Vineyard, and a parcel of land called the Widows Mite, containing, together, 150 acres at Rock Cr in PG. If sd Bowles dies before age 21 years and without issue, then to the use of Sarah Abbington. Signed - Mary Atington. Wit - Andr Scott, Tho Clark. To dau. Sarah and hrs., 307 A. "Huntington," bou. of Mr. Dulany, also certain personalty on sd. plantation.
To son Bowles and hrs., real estate riot otherwise bequeathed.
To son John and hrs., 800 A. of "St. Richard's Mannor," St. Mary's County, "Vineyard" and "Addition to Vineyard," also "White Haven."
To son Andrew and hrs., testator's share of "Wetwork" and "Friendship."
Extx. wife Mary. Testator directs that a debt of £59 due to hrs. of late Tobias Bowles, of London, also £50 due to hrs. of George Noble be paid. The latter being the moyety of the purchase money of "Spring Garden," and "The Addition to Spring Garden," sold to Mr. Dulony for £100, one-half of which due to sd. hrs., the land being taken up in partnership with Mr. Noble. Also 1/2 of a tract called "Wetwork," taken up in partnership with the said Noble.
