      Indenture made April 3, 1769; Between Daniel Page and Anthony Drane Page, planters and Elizabeth Page, widow of George Page, deceased of one part and William Bowie, gentleman of the other part. Whereas Daniel Page, deceased, father of the said Anthony Drane Page and George Page by his last will did bequeath and devise to his two aforesaid sons all his real estate and after the death of the said Daniel Page the sons entered into and became seized of the real estate as tenants in common in fee and the said George Page by his testament and last will devise and bequeath all his real estate to his wife the aforesaid Elizabeth Page in fee by means of which premises the said Daniel Page and Anthony Drane Page the sons and Elizabeth Page are seized in fee of and the parts of the land hereby bargained and sold as tenants in common. Now this indenture witness that Daniel Page, Anthony Drane Page and Elizabeth Page parties heretofore in consideration of 145 pounds 12 shillings sterling paid by William Bowie has sold part of a tract called "Pages Rest" containing 218 acres beginning at a bounded white oak standing eastward of the Chapell and near the head of a branch being the northeast corner of "Brooke Point" and bounded by the line of Esqr. Carroll's resurvey, the corner of "Pitchcroft" and "Sims Delight".
