Codicil dated July 17th, 1692, testator orders that should wife Mary die without issue, all lands bequesthed to her should pass to Roger and then to John, sons of brother Thomas, and their hrs.       1733 - Millisent Higdon is in the 1733 Tax List of Newport West Side Lower Part, Charles Co., Md., with 1 taxable.

      Mar. 1737/8 - The Charles Co., Md. will of John Parnham, probated May 1738, leaves personalty to Millasaint Higton and also provides that Millasaint shall "enjoy plantation where she now dwells during her life free from rent."
