      Indenture made January 16, 1778; William Beall, Gentleman in consideration of the love and affection and desire to promote and contribute towards his beloved sons comfortable support and prosperity in this world as also for other good causes and considerations him thereunto moving has given during my natural lives unto his son Basil Beall has given tracts "Loving Acquaintances" containing 183 acres and beginning at a bounded white oak standing on a hill near Marlborough Road; "Plummers Pleasure" containing 135 acres and beginning at a corner tree of Lundy [sic "Londee"] and "Cuckolds Delight" and bounded by "Mount Pleasant"; "Addition to Plummers Pleasure" containing 46 acres; "Look Out" containing 19 and acres; "New Castle" containing 5 acres and beginning at a bounded black oak standing near the fork of the two main roads one that leads to Mount Pleasant and the other to Queen Ann.
