      To dau. Mary Snowden, the plantation and house that I now live
      in, with the lands belonging; likewise my plantation at the
      eastern branch called Black Walnut Leavell' with the additional
      pt. of the "Diamon," belonging to it; 5 slaves; all my English
      goods and all that I have coming from England; and the third pt.
      of what money I have in England to me; likewise a third pt. of my
      household furniture,
      To dau. Margaret Wright, the plantation that I bought of Thomas Brooks and land belonging; 13 slaves; furniture and the third pt. of money coming to me or I have in England and here in Maryland.
      To Thomas Rigby, son of Mary Rigby, my plantation upon Collington and all land thereunto belonging; several slaves; the third pt. of money I have in England and here in Maryland; stock, cattle and etc.
      Mary Rigby, mother of Thomas Rigby, shall live upon the plantation where she Is now settled, and if she marries, to give good security for his son's estate, which I have given him.

      At the foot of the will of Henry Wright, which will is recorded in this book in Folio 379, the following affidavit is thus written, viz: On Feb. 12, 1750, Thomas Lancaster Lansdale, whose name is subscribed as witness to Bd. will, being duly sworn, states that he was desired by Henry Wright, dec'd." to sign the foregoing paper, which he signed as an evidence, but that he did not see Henry Wright sign his will, nor did he see other witnesses sign same, Sworn to before D.       I Thomas Snowden in consideration of the love goodwill and affection which I have and bear unto my beloved sister-in-law Magaret Pile as also the sum of 10 pounds current money and likewise for divers other weighty causes and consideration me thereunto moving have given by these presents part of tract called "Northampton" containing 206 acres and beginning at a large stone the beginning of a parcel of land sold by Mr. Thomas Snowden to Mr. Enoch Magruder; and also Negroes Nabb, Anthony, Great Tom, Frank, Great Jenny, Mareer, Sue, Fanny, lucy, Sarah, Darkey, Sall, Charles, Beckey and Grace. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this October 21, 1760, Thomas Snowden in the presence of James Beck, Thomas Williams and acknowledged before John Contee, Thomas Williams and at the same time Mary Snowden w/o Thomas Snowden relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made October 22, 1760; Thomas Snowden, Gentleman and Margaret Pile, widow in consideration of 300 pounds sterling of Great Britain paid by Enoch Magruder, merchant has sold parts of "Northampton", "Kettering" and "Addition to Kettering" containing 291-1/2 acres and beginning near the road that now leads from Mr. Rachael Spriggs to Upper Marborough Town and bounded by the dividing line between Edward Sprigg and Osborn Sprigg; as also that part of "Northampton" containing 9-3/4 acres and beginning in the branch that runs from the plantation of Mrs. Margaret Pile near where Dorothy Lucas lately lived and runs thence near the bridge over the main road next to John Cooke's Esqr. Signed Thomas Snowden, Margaret Pile in the presence of James Beck, Thomas Williams and acknowledged before John Contee, Thomas Williams and at the same time Mary Snowden w/o Thomas Snowden relinquished her right of dower
