Made 20 March 1751 between Arthur Nelson Junior ofFC, planter; whereas John Nelson late of FC deceased did by his last will dated 4 Sept. last, bequeath unto John Nelson 60 acres ofland adj. to John's land out ofa tract of land called "Hobson's Choice" at the upper end of said tract; and whereas the said John Nelson did bequeath unto his son Basil Nelson, brother of the said Arthur and John, to him, then dwelling plantation with 200 acres ofland, with the line that gives the said John his 60 acres, and so down with the River to him, the said Basil; and whereas the said Basil Nelson has since died without heirs and his plantation and 200 acres aforesaid to the said Arthur as son and heir of the said John Nelson, this indenture witnesses that Arthur Nelson grants unto John Nelson, the 200 acres of land, beginning at line ofJohn Nelson's 60 acres; and so down with the River, according to the M&B in a deed of gift dated 8 Feb. 1744 executed by a certain Arthur Nelson ofFC planter and recorded in POC Liber BB folio 256- & 257; unto John Nelson; and 60 acres and part of tract called "Nelson's Island" containing 140 acres ofland; signed Arthur Nelson. Whereas John Nelson late ofFC deceased did by his last will and testament, 4 Sept. last, bequeath to John Nelson 60 acres, adj. to his, the said John's land, laid out of a tract called "Hobson's Choice," and John Nelson did likewise by his will bequeath until Basil Nelson brother to the said Arthur and John, his the said John Nelson's dwelling plantation with 200 beginning with the line that gives the said John Nelson 60 acres, and so down with the River, to him the said Basil; and whereas the said Basil Nelson died without heirs, whereby the said dwelling plantation with 200 acres ofland descends to the said Arthur Nelson as son and heir of the said John Nelson; now John Nelson has granted the said Arthur Nelson Junior the said 60 acres of land devised by the said John Nelson deceased to him the said John; as also a part or parcel ofland called "Nelson's Island containing 150 acres according to the M&B in a deed of gift the 8 Feb. 1744 between Arthur Nelson ofFC planter, recorded in land records ofPGC Liber BB 256 & 257, and the aforesaid tract called "Nelson's Island" 150 acres unto the said
