      I, Joseph Green of CC, bind myself to William Green of CC in the just sum of 100 sterling money of GB this Oct 3, 1748, to warrant that I will agree with sd Wm Green that a certain branch, commonly called the Old Woman's Branch, which leads through a certain tract of land called part of Grants {mm note Green} Inheritance, Containing 134 acres, is the true property of sd Joseph and Wm Green; the branch is to be an equal division between the sd tract of land, and William's part lies on the north side.
